Stephen has been building custom homes throughout the Savannah and Pooler, Georgia area for over 10 years. Born and raised in Savannah, he has built a reputation across Coastal Georgia for well-designed homes, quality craftsmanship, and remodels that elevate the way people live.

Matthew Schuman

Project Manager

Matthew's expertise in real estate, paired with his hands-on construction knowledge, makes him an essential part of the Schuman Homes experience. He oversees the construction process day-to-day, working closely with clients to ensure every detail aligns with their vision and expectations.

Tanner Silver

Director of Operations

Tanner has been around construction his entire life — starting from the day his dad first taught him how to nail a 2×4 as a kid. Today, he brings efficiency, leadership, and a sharp eye for detail to every project, helping ensure each home is built with precision and care.
